I just purchased a used vehicle through Andrew last Friday, he made the entire process so simple and smooth. After I took the vehicle home we noticed a few issues and I assume it's because the car originally came from the Bennington VT store and they had told me they were fixing everything before I had it brought to greenfield. Well I brought it back thinking I would have to fight with them to fix these things because that's always been my experience at Country Hyundai. I spoke to Scott and he was AMAZING! They not only fixed these issues for free but gave me a really nice loaner to drive till it's done. I am still in the loaner but I wanted to write this review anyway because I am just so happy that these people care so much and truly want to do the right thing. Made appointment for replacement part. Showed up and was told part not available. Politely asked why no one notified me (made appointment a week prior) and was told "I was really busy yesterday". Was then told they'd call parts manager and I'd hear back from them within 2 days. Never got a call so took it to Honda of Keene. Honda of Keene was GREAT. Part ordered and installed within a week. They also topped off all fluids for free. My new go-to place despite being a 50 minute drive. Thanks Honda of Keene

Scott, and the entire service department at Honda of Greenfield were amazing. Scott got in the car with me and taught me how to turn down incoming phone calls, which were so loud, I wanted to jump out of the vehicle! John looked up what it would cost to have racks put on my car so I could install my kayak. Everyone was friendly and helpful. 11.22.2023 Today, Kelsie went above and beyond with her care and understanding of my emergency situation with my dead battery. She put all the steps in motion to get my car taken care of. Jason was able to come to my vehicle, just around a few blocks. He got my car started so that I could head over to the shop to get a new battery installed. Kelsie checked in me several times and always so pleasant to talk to. Jason was back at the shop making sure there was coffee. Very pleased with sales experience. Waited several months for 2024 CRV to arrive. Two weeks before, I parked too close to a rock, tearing off bottom molding on back passenger door. I was counting on a good trade in value. Lundgren simplified process of simply subtracting insurance damage appraisal from my 2020 CRV, which my insurance co deposited in my account. Fair and above board. Nice folks to work with, low pressure.

I've had my Hondas serviced by Lungren or a Robby Avery service dept for years. In August 2023 I needed a state inspection on my 2006 crv with 331,000 miles. needed foglights replaced too. In the process they put holes in my rocker panels and hesitated on the lights because of moisture in the compartment. I was aware of the moisture and told them to replace them. Even with the rusty rocker panels the car passed inspection. A few days later the brake light warning cluster went off on the dash. I brought it in. I was advised that the brake fluid pressure could be a problem. But they reported the pads and rotors needed replacing. They said the lights would go off and the car would be fine. I approved the repair.. When I took the car out the next day the lights went off again. I am going to run out of room to tell all the pieces of this fiasco.This time the brake lines were rusted and not worth repair and they told me to scrap the car after they just did a $500 brake job and said it'd be fine. No one must have checked the lines the first time. They advised me not to drive the car off their lot because of the safety liability. It was ok to drive it 2 days before. Never in years of maintenence did they caution me about the rust, They did give me a service credit for the brake job. This service department is not what they used to be. They cannot maintain their former reputation. I cannot trust their diagnosis. When I took this car to an independent mechanic the items which hadn't been attended to were concerning with the exhaust, the intake manifold not attached properly, and engine filters not .replaced. Ultra filthy. Everything got fixed for more than half less than Lundgren quoted me. It may be on borrowed time but I'll have the rust evaluated and hopefully the rocker panels reinforced. They never ever shared with me the problems. I have had another CRV go to over 415,000 miles. My maintenence of my CRVs have been Robby Avery managed service departments. I have pictures of the ignored maintenance areas and if the rust stopped these techs from taking care of these items somone should have had the decency and respect to keep a loyal and steady customer aware of her choices. They don't have the staff to be a top rated repair shop.

This Honda in Greenfield is the worst Honda that could have made guarantees and they blame the buyers that they are to blame for screwing up the cars and not fixing the cars. I changed the car from there because they did not want to cover the Honda and after I changed the car they called the other dealers, the other Hondas to tell them not to fix the car. They are garbage dealers and even more the mechanic they have there. I think they all agree on ruining people's credit or I don't know what it is about but they are too racist. I do not recommend Honda in Greenfield Lon Green.

What a refreshing difference! Even though it was a 2 hour turnaround to get there, it was well worth it.

Just left after getting an oil change. I got a same day appointment and they covered everything under my contract after buying certified pre-owned from another Honda dealership. They made it super easy and let me do my computer work at one of their desks for a few hours after they finished the oil change even. I was in the zone so I just kept at it and they were extremely accommodating. Excellent staff, very friendly.

I purchased a 2022 passport and the car was supposed to be clean and detailed. There was blue gum stuck to the bottom of the back seat and a candy wrapper in the door compartment area. I also found that one of the tires had a plug in it. I’m furious and they will not return my calls. These people are sharks just like anywhere else and only want your money!!!!!

My daughter was planning to replace the tires on her Honda Fit when she returned to New Jersey after visiting us in Massachusetts for the weekend. During her 4+ hour trip here on Friday afternoon, her car had a flat tire (which she changed herself!). Concerned about her long drive back home, I called local tire companies to try to get her an appointment to replace her tires on Saturday morning. Between full schedules and lack of inventory, I was having no luck. At a few minutes before closing time, I called Lundgren Honda, where I have my Pilot serviced. Scott in Lundgren's Service Departnent came to the rescue! Despite a full schedule, he squeezed her car in for Saturday morning. Her car now has 4 new tires, and we all have peace of mind that her tires are safe for her long drive home to New Jersey. This is customer service at its absolute best!!!
